Sensory Sips

Meditative wine tasting - from the Soil to the Sip

Join a workshop to experience wine tasting while doing a meditative journey, enhancing memories, different senses, and simply sharing that with new friends.

It's about simplicity, directness, and no fuss. Like a sourdough bread just out of the oven, a nice cake, or good ingredients. It's about getting interested in your neighbors and sharing the joy of tasting wine. It's about attention to what you feel. People told me they felt renewed and joyful after that.

You'll taste 3 different wines, accompanied by home made snacks, music, and deep connections.

Of everything, three things remained:

The certainty that we are always beginning,

The certainty that it is necessary to continue,

The certainty that we will be interrupted before finishing.

To make of interruption a new path.

To make of falling a dance step,

To make of fear a staircase,

To make of dream a bridge,

To make of searching...

... an encounter.

About me

I'm French (yeah, strong accent!). I've traveled quite a lot and tried different work: managed a company, produced documentaries and commercials. I also studied music, cinema, and organization. I'm a guide in LA, a certified Hypnotherapist, contact dancer, coach with horses. I'm also a mum of three and a 30-year married wife. I love stupid jokes (that probably explains the 30-year marriage!). My ultimate goal: reaching simplicity in everything I do.

So, that's me. Pick what you want!
